From its inaugural evening on April 1st, 2026, Bay Area Mixer has been building a warm, purpose-driven community on the Peninsula — one conversation, one referral, one new relationship at a time.
Three trusted Peninsula professionals dedicated to building a stronger senior-care community.

A monthly gathering where senior-care professionals on the Peninsula meet, connect, and grow together.
Bay Area Mixer was founded by Vivienne Kelvin and Miki Bellon — two Peninsula professionals who saw a need: a regular, welcoming space for the people who serve seniors to actually know each other.
Our inaugural Mixer on April 1st, 2026 brought together business leaders, community partners, entrepreneurs, nonprofit professionals, and innovators — all united by a shared passion for supporting our senior community. The energy in the room was electric, and we knew we had something special.
Each Mixer is hosted at a senior-living community or partner venue on the Peninsula. Expect a relaxed two-hour evening of warm conversation, light refreshments, and meaningful introductions.
No formal program. No sales pitches. Just real people who care about seniors, sharing what they do and learning from each other — the old-fashioned, trustworthy way of doing business.
Three Peninsula professionals committed to building a stronger, more connected senior-care community.
Known to friends and clients simply as Viv, she is a Broker Associate, Partner, and co-owner of Vabrato Real Estate Services, and a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist who helps Peninsula families through downsizing, relocation, and estate transitions.
Vivienne — known to friends and clients simply as Viv — is a Broker Associate, Partner, and co-owner of Vabrato Real Estate Services in Redwood City. With formal training in interior design and a deep love for people, Viv specializes in “design to sell” and in helping Peninsula families navigate the most personal — and often most emotional — real estate decisions of their lives.
As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), she works closely with older adults and their families through downsizing, relocating to senior living, and estate transitions. Clients describe her as “professional, creative, a friend and confidante” — the kind of realtor who gets the job done and looks after the people behind the transaction.
Viv is a passionate networker who has long believed that referrals and real relationships beat cold sales every time. She co-founded Bay Area Mixer to bring that same spirit to the senior-care community on the Peninsula.
